Tosh Patterson aims to help parents, especially women, simplify life and work less so they can break up with burnout and overwhelm. She’s an author and coach who has been featured on the Dr. Oz Show, Oprah magazine, as well as many local and national publications.
Prior to coaching, Tosh spent 20 years leading and managing teams in Higher Education. As a result of working with university students and their parents, she has extensive experience in crisis response and helping people recover quickly from difficult situations.
Today she facilitates private coaching, in addition to hosting workshops and retreats that provide individuals with tools and skills to move through life powerfully. From childhood to adulthood Tosh, faced adversity but was resilient in overcoming challenges and is now paying it forward by helping others do the same.
As a self-care expert, Tosh has noticed that when people prioritize self-care they naturally reconnect to what matters most and begin to manage stress better, reduce overwhelm, and bounce back from hardships. She believes this work will create more holistic individuals and thriving families allowing them to heal, grow, and expand in life together.
