Cost for Psychotherapy

Investment for Psychotherapy

Our clinicians' rates are based on their level of experience, education, and ongoing training. These rates reflect the investment we've made to provide you and your family with quality treatment, as well as our commitment to maintain our skills and experience. The invested rate for psychotherapy is $155/per session.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept most HSA and FSA credit cards.

Insurance

Insurance

We are out of network with all insurance companies. We believe that our clients and their caregivers should have autonomy of their mental wellness treatment. We value our client's right to privacy and confidentiality. Treatment should not be determined by a managed care company that does not know you or your child.

Important to Note

As an insurance-friendly practice, we are able to provide clients with the documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All fees are due to Resilient Child Therapy at the time of service and your insurance company will provide reimbursement to you.

Discounted Services?

Do We Offer Discounted Services?

In cases of financial need, our interns reserve a limited number of significantly reduced rate openings for new clients.

Canceled or Missed Appointments

In order for therapy to be effective, consistency is essential. Your appointment slot is saved for you, therefore if an appointment is canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge for the full amount of the scheduled session cost. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

March 6 – April 10, 2020

We’re offering a series of new workshops for parents struggling to take care of themselves. By the end of our program, parents will not only have a blueprint for their own self-care but also be able to declutter one area of their home so they can better nurture their child.
