Cost for Psychotherapy

Cost for Psychotherapy

Private pay options are available and range from $140-$200 per appointment.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept most HSA and FSA credit cards.

We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance (HMO & PPO plans). We are an out of network provider for all other health insurance plans.

Important to Note

Unless prior arrangements have been made, clients are required to pay for all services in full at the time they are rendered. If you choose to use health insurance instead, it can be helpful in that it offsets the cost of therapy, making therapy affordable to those unable to pay out-of-pocket for services. Some families choose to pay for services themselves in order to maintain privacy and to avoid constraints that insurance companies impose on the type of treatment, mandatory diagnoses, and length of therapeutic services.

Discounted Services?

Do We Offer Discounted Services?

If you desire to work with us, but feel that it will create or add to an already stressful economic hardship, we can discuss and determine a fee that works with your unique financial situation. We offer a limited number of sliding scale (i.e. reduced fee) sessions to clients that qualify. Our goal is to provide quality, affordable services that will benefit you and your family!

Canceled or Missed Appointments

In order for therapy to be effective, consistency is essential. Your appointment slot is saved for you, therefore if an appointment is canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge for the full amount of the scheduled session cost. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
